  • Cafiniti is not responsible for payment gateway interruptions, declined transactions, banking errors, payment delays, network failures, or other issues arising from third-party payment processing services.

All online payments remain subject to transaction approval and verification by the relevant financial institution and payment service provider.
8. Wholesale Enquiries and Coffee Sample Requests
Submission of:
  • Wholesale enquiries;
  • Consultation requests;
  • Free coffee sample requests;
does not create a contractual relationship between Cafiniti and the applicant.
 
Cafiniti reserves the right to:
  • Approve or decline requests;
  • Limit availability;
  • Determine sample eligibility;
  • Modify commercial terms at its sole discretion.
No guarantee is provided regarding acceptance, partnership approval, exclusivity, product availability, or commercial outcomes.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Website and its contents remain the property of Cafiniti or its licensors.
This includes:
