Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Cafiniti Trading L.L.C., we offer reliable shipping across the UAE for our products and accessories to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Below are our shipping terms and policies.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently only ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Fees

  • Flat rate: 25 AED for orders below 250 AED.
  • Free shipping: For orders 250 AED and above.

Shipping fees apply to all products, including coffee, brewing tools, cups, grinders, and other products and accessories.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Customers receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Notifications & Tracking

  • Customers will receive tracking details upon dispatch.

5. Failed Deliveries & Address Errors

  • Orders cannot be refunded or resent if incorrect delivery information is provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged Orders: Contact us within 2 days with photos for verification.
  • Lost Packages: If a tracking number does not update within 7 days, we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Orders: Notify us within 2 days, and we will send the correct items at no extra cost.

8. Returns for Accessories (Excluding Coffee)

  • Since accessories like brewing tools, cups, and grinders are non-perishable, they may be eligible for returns under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Coffee products remain non-refundable due to food safety regulations.
