Processing Time
Orders are processed during our standard business days.
Orders placed:
- Before 3:00 PM UAE time will generally be processed on the same business day.
- After 3:00 PM UAE time may be processed on the following business day.
Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, delivery may take up to three (3) working days, depending on the delivery location, operational conditions, and courier schedules.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of Cafiniti’s reasonable control.
Delivery Services
Deliveries are carried out by independent third-party logistics and courier providers.
While Cafiniti works closely with delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, Cafiniti is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service interruptions;
- Weather conditions;
- Traffic conditions;
- Public holidays;
- Force majeure events; or
- Other circumstances beyond Cafiniti’s reasonable control.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Cafiniti shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
